2011 Geographic, technological and application engineering expansion through the purchase of JS Humidifiers in Great Britain
2011 Technological and application engineering expansion through the purchase of ML System in Ry (Denmark)
2011 Geographic expansion through the purchase of Anderberg Fugtstyring in Denmark
2008 Geographic expansion through the purchase of Eichler GmbH in Austria and Eichler Kft. in Hungary
2001 Technological and application engineering expansion through the purchase of Draabe in Hamburg
1999 Merger of Pfäffikon/SZ and Münchenstein/BL production locations (Switzerland) in Pfäffikon/SZ and introduction of SAP/R3

1975/81 Takeover of Defensor AG (75) and Condair AG (81) by WMH (today's Walter Meier AG, Schwerzenbach)
1973 Introduction of first resistance steam humidifier
1958 Establishment of Condair (then Plascon AG) and launch on heating, ventilation and air-conditioning market through in-house development and production of electrode steam humidifiers.
